Vaccine Shipments

To reduce exposure to excessive heat or cold:

Order on Monday or Tuesday;
Use overnight or priority mail delivery. Vaccines shipped by any other method cannot be returned; and
Upon arrival, place vaccines in a refrigerator and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or freezing conditions.

Vaccine orders placed Thursday through Sunday and shipping "ground" will ship Monday.

Vaccine orders ship in insulated styrofoam coolers with ice packs. Vaccines may arrive with melted ice packs as they are designed to melt and absorb heat. The vaccines are still likely okay to use as long as they were cool to the touch upon arrival and not exposed to direct sunlight and/or extreme temperatures for an extended period.

Syringe Shipments

Prescription required for syringe orders shipping to: California, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York and U.S. Virgin Islands.
